Tom Whiteaker is a former law enforcement officer with the City of Santa Monica and later with the City of San Marino, California. He is a Licensed Private Investigator in the State of California for the past 27 years. Whiteaker Investigations specializes in criminal and civil investigations. All of the investigators are highly skilled in interviewing and interrogation techniques. Our polygraph (lie detector) division, Polygraph Examiners of California, is dedicated to determining the truthfulness of examinees in criminal matters, civil cases, domestic infidelity matters, PCSOT (Post Conviction Sexual Offender Testing), pre-employment, employment matters (EPPA Compliant) and sports related issues. Tom Whiteaker is a graduate of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Academy, Los Angeles Valley College and Continuing Education at California State University, Northridge. He has been a Private Investigator Instructor at two (2) investigative academies and has been appointed and worked as an investigator for the Los Angeles Superior Court.
